Patty DeDominic is a business consultant and former owner of a national staffing firm which placed over 250,000 people in jobs before she sold it in 2006. As an independent recruiter and management consultant, she built PDQ from start up to become one of California's largest employers. When she sold the company, they employed over 600 people.
She is an expert at HR and Recruitment and employee development issues. She is an Award-Winning Entrepreneur: President Obama gave Patty the Lifetime Achievement Award for her work in economic development and the National Women's Business Ownership Corporation presented the Founders Award in her honor. Women in Communications honored her and Santa Barbara's Mayor with Women of Achievement Awards in 2017.
Today, as an author and Business Coach, Patty works with founders and business owners to help them scale and become leading companies.
