Click Here for Audio Discussion of How to Use the Bidding Calculators
Bidding Calculator #1 Cleaning Estimate by the Square Foot
Use this calculator when bidding a commercial cleaning account that is based on square footage. This calculator works best for buildings that will be cleaned at least 3 - 5 days per week. If you have a building that will be cleaned less often, then you might want to do an hourly estimate using the Hourly Estimate Bidding Calculator.
Bidding Calculator #2 Floor Cleaning Estimate by the Square Foot
Use this calculator when bidding a floor care account by the square foot (i.e. carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing, burnishing, buffing).
Bidding Calculator #3 Hourly Estimate
Use this calculator when bidding a job using an hourly estimate of time it takes to complete the job. This can be used for construction clean-up, floor care, window washing, or commercial cleaning estimates.
Production Cleaning Rates Calculator
This calculator will help you to make estimates on how long a particular cleaning task should take. Tasks are either broken down by minutes to complete or by how long it takes to clean a certain number of square feet.
To use the calculator, just enter your numbers into the fields. You can tab over to the next field, which automatically updates the totals. You can also enter a number and click the Update button to update the totals. If you'd like to start over with a blank page, click on the Refresh icon in your browser toolbar.
Residential Price Estimator
Use this calculator to estimate how much you will charge to clean a residential home.
Window Washing Bidding Calculator
This calculator is based on production rates for washing windows. Enter the number of windows by size and the hourly rate you wish to charge. The calculator will give you a total time estimate for completing the job, the price to charge the customer, and the average price you're charging per size of window pane.
