Sharon L. Cowan is the former President and CEO of a
multimillion dollar regional commercial and residential cleaning company.
Starting with 4 employees and a few residential accounts, Sharon grew her
company to million dollar levels and over 100 employees using her background in
business development, strategic planning, national corporate leadership and
education while realizing unsurpassed profits along the way. She successfully
managed and developed the residential and commercial divisions of her company,
growing each as separate entities while promoting the overall corporate culture
of offering outstanding customer service.
Sharon has been described as the
"consummate professional". She has a passion for helping fellow business owners
reach their potential and realize their dreams. Her concise, "no-nonsense"
approach makes Sharon a popular speaker and workshop leader. She has been a
guest speaker and seminar leader for BSCAI and ARCSI and twice won marketing
awards from the BSCAI. Sharon holds workshops throughout the country teaching
cleaning business owners how to maximize profits and grow their businesses.
Sharon is currently on staff at Indian River State College
and serves on the Board of Directors for Cleaning For A Reason. She is a
designated Industry Expert for several online janitorial sites and has written
industry eBooks and white papers. She also has produced several C/D training
programs, including "How to Make Money Cleaning Foreclosures" and "How to Have a
Million Dollar Cleaning Company".
