"This website is excellent. I shouldn't say this but with the all the information on it I would have expected to pay a lot more for it. Highly recommended and an excellent job done."

"This is the best site that I've visited. I am so glad that you guys started this up. I mean you could search the internet for different topics and such; but you don't get everything in one place. The advice is always good. Thanks a bunch."
E. Ann Willis

"Jean and Steve - I am so happy that I found this website. Because of you all, I was able to sell my franchise and start my own cleaning business. I am so excited but at the same time nervous. I sold my franchise in August and start cleaning three new buildings in September. Steve and Jean you are truly a blessing. I am so free. There is not enough words to say how grateful I am that I found this site, you all are so helpful. May God continue to bless you."

VIDEO: Portable Carpet Spotting Kit
Steve Hanson

If you'd like to offer carpet spotting services to your commercial or residential cleaning customers then you'll want to check out this week's video! See how you can put together an inexpensive, light-weight, portable carpet spotting kit that you can carry with you on the job.

Video Recap:

Include the following in a portable spotting kit:

*A fanny-pack to store kit items in--it is lightweight and easy-to-move.

*Alkaline detergent spotter to remove acid spots.

*Neutral detergent spotter with neutral PH that does not leave residue.

*Volatile Dry Solvent to remove oil and tar.

*Non-volatile Dry Solvent to remove paint and grease.

*Acid spotter to remove alkaline spots.

*Rust spotter to remove rust.

*Agitation tools (bone scraper) with a sharp tip for removing hard, crusting objects and a round tip for agitating the chemical into the spot.

*White spotter towels--don't use colored towels as the color may be transferred to the carpet.
