Portion control systems are being used in many commercial buildings these days. If you're not using some type of portioning system, then you could be tossing money out the window due to overuse of cleaning chemicals.

Following are some of the benefits of using portion control systems:

• Eliminate Chemical Waste. Portion control systems eliminates improper mixing of chemicals.
  
  

• Protect Workers from Spills. Rather than pouring chemical from a jug into a spray bottle, workers fill their bottles with easy-to-use dispensers, reducing the chance of spills.
  
  

• Less Storage Space Needed. Chemicals used in portion control systems are highly concentrated and take up less space than 1 gallon or 5 gallon containers.
  
  

• Better Results from Cleaning. Because workers are using the correct dilution, workers will no longer be using product that is mixed too weak or too strong. When chemicals are mixed too strong, they can damage the surface they're cleaning. If it's mixed too weak they may need to work harder to get the results they're looking for.
