We offer three bidding calculators for the exclusive use of TheJanitorialStore.com members. Whenever you have a bid, simply log into your account to use the calculators. Estimate your bid by the square foot, or by using an hourly rate.
For the square footage calculator, enter square feet, price per square foot, how many square feet per hour can be cleaned, the hourly rate you'll be paying your employees, and cost estimates. For the hourly rate calculator, enter the hourly rate you'll charge, the hourly rate you'll be paying your employees, how many hours per service, and cost estimates. We also have a calculator for estimating floor care bids.
The results will be displayed in weekly, monthly and yearly amounts. You'll see the gross income amount (the amount to charge the customer), your costs and resulting profit.
The Paper Usage Calculator can be used when estimating the amount of paper being used in a building based on the number of people that occupy the building. This is useful if you will be providing paper supplies (toilet paper and hand towels) when bidding a cleaning account.
